Feeling old yet ?

I started learning the lore of the game lately and summed up everything in a blog post, can't believe World of Warcraft turns 20 next year, I feel like I grew up with this game even tho I only started playing in 2008 when WOTLK was released. I haven't added Dragonflight because I haven't had time to learn much about this expanshion.

I think I managed in short paragraphs to describe the essence of each expansion what do you think ?

Is it turning 20? I'll be honest, I thought it was older. Maybe it's all the retail/live players claiming they've played longer than that. "I've been playing since 2001, closed beta!"

well the official Vanilla release was November 2004 in NZ but the game was actually built starting from 1999, everything before 2004 was just beta testing when the game was started getting into shape
